The three stages of the event are:<\/h1>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

1st segment<\/strong><\/h4>

Participants receive a brief outline of sound therapy and history of the gongs, followed by a description of how the upcoming meditation and sound session work together to facilitate a transformative and healing experience within the conscious mind.<\/p>

2nd segment<\/strong><\/h4>

A carefully chosen guided meditation, or mindfulness meditation, primes the subconscious mind to transition into the essential personal transformation experience brought on by the healing sounds.<\/p>

3rd segment<\/strong><\/h4>

Following the guided meditation participants are immersed in a bubble of ancestral and otherworldly sounds generated by 5 large gongs. The sound space will envelope each participant in a uniquely rhythmic, melodic, and pleasing fashion. The vibrational and sonic characteristics of the gongs will deeply resonate each and every cell of the body and energize and relax simultaneously in a most powerful and unique way.<\/p>

Combined, these powerful elements facilitate a change in one\u2019s nature of being and potentially restore an intrinsic state of inner balance, homeostasis. The only requirement is to bring an open mind, wear comfortable clothing, and come with a pillow and blanket to cover up.
